Community Arts

I am interested in what happens when people of different ages, cultures, and lived experiences are given enough space to bring their own stories, ways of knowing, and creative languages into the room.

Movement is often the starting point, but the work may also involve image, sound, storytelling, place, and collaborative making. What matters most is that the process does not arrive fully formed. It grows through participation, relationship, and the contributions of the people involved.

I am especially drawn to intercultural, intergenerational, and cross-disciplinary projects where the work can become a meeting place: a space to notice one another, make something together, and let different perspectives remain visible within the whole.
