My movement facilitation practice is grounded in dance, choreography, and embodied learning.
I work with individuals and groups to explore coordination, perception, attention, rhythm, spatial awareness, and a more responsive relationship with the body.
Sessions and workshops may include choreographic thinking, improvisation, sensorial awareness, and movement in relation to environment, light, sound, and space.
The work is creative and educational in nature, not physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or medical treatment.
"...movement is the breath of life: it releases the power, or subtlety, of any form in repose - the promise of action."
~ Joe Gitterman, Sculptor
