The structure of the class is designed to create a space for people to tap into their emotional playground. It is a platform that allows people to access the depths to their emotions, whether it be to sit with, to face or to overcome through movement.  It allows movers to access hidden stories and also tap into their creative muscle. As we enter a time in which technology is surpassing human interaction it is vital that we continue to hold and to create spaces in which people can encounter themselves, challenge their personal and physical boundaries and connect and belong with one another
